DO YOU DELIVER?
Unfortunately - due to weekend commitments we no longer offer delivery BUT nearly all of our gear folds flat so it is easily transported on a trailer or the back of a truck.
We do have a trailer for our customers to hire. There is a $20.00 fee to cover runnings costs.
WHAT DOES 'DRY HIRE' MEAN?
Dry hire is a simple term, meaning we provide the goods and you do the setup work. If you would prefer, we are happy to install Festoon Lighting at an extra charge.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking, and ask that the balance is paid five working days before the hire.
Please note that we do not have EFTPOS facilities, and online banking is our preferred method of payment.
DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT AT THE END OF THE HIRE?
The simple answer is yes. We expect the furniture to be wiped down and clear of any food or drink, and glassware to be rinsed with water.
We ask that you don't use anything other than warm, soapy water on the furniture, as many chemicals will damage the wood.
A cleaning fee may be charged if these guidelines are not followed.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Whether we seek compensation to cover the cost of repair or replacement, will be a decision made on a case by case basis.
We will charge for any glassware breakages.
HOW LONG IS MY HIRE?
Our hires span for up to four days. You can have the gear for all of this time, or just the days you need it.
